M.V.
Trumpet Mouthpiece:

Februar 2024:

The M.V. mouthpiece was developed in collaboration with Martin Angerer, principal trumpet of the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra. From the very beginning, the focus was clear: build a mouthpiece around the real needs of today’s trumpet player—without sacrificing the timeless tonal ideals of the old masters.

This piece offers an easy, immediate response with a rich, centered, and resonant core sound. The broad spectrum of overtones blends seamlessly into that core, creating a projection that carries effortlessly to the back of any concert hall.

Its tonal flexibility is exceptional—ranging from a refined, delicate pianissimo to a brilliant, commanding fortissimo.

Available in sizes 1C, 1 1/4C, 1 1/2C, and 3C.

In terms of shape and dimensions, we took our cues from the proven concepts of Bach, Yamaha, and Schilke.

Flugelhorn Mouthpiece:

January 2024

The new flugelhorn mouthpiece has arrived.

It’s been a long time coming, but it’s finally available.

This design is built as a modular system, featuring a screw-on cup and interchangeable backbore.

There is no rim included. Players will need to use their own rim or purchase one separately. The rim must have a Breslmair thread.

Screw-on backbores for the flugelhorn mouthpiece are also available with Perinet flugelhorn shank in two sizes:

Shank size: USA

Shank size: Yamaha

NY Series:

The redesigned NY Series (New York) is launching.

This development primarily applies to mouthpieces from Bach, but it can also be used with models by Yamaha and Schilke.

If I had to describe this modification, the closest comparison would be the “Golden Ratio” — a refined balance of proportions that optimizes response, efficiency, and tonal focus.
